We at LPS Eldeco, celebrate participation before victory. The students of primary wing of classes’ I-V, enthusiastically participated in Inter-branch Primary Athletics meet on 25 February 2024. Their determination, dedication and hard work helped them outperform others with balance and agility.
Every race brought loud cheers from their peers and mentors to motivate and encourage them. The school team stood at overall second position in the Inter branch athletics meet and Shivansh Singh was declared best athlete (boys) in class III. The event highlighted the need and importance of espirit de corps, to grow and excel together.

On the auspicious day of Basant Panchami on 14.02.2024, the students and teachers attired in vibrant hues of yellow, prayed to Goddess Saraswati for knowledge and wisdom.The students of classes VI-VIII beautifully sang soul touching ‘Saraswati Vandana’ to seek blessings of Maa Saraswati. The blooming artists of class II artistically presented a group dance, welcoming the festive season of spring.Everyone offered flowers to Goddess Saraswati and embraced the positive energy of the festive season.

The students of class XI of LPS Eldeco branch organized a farewell for their seniors on the bright sunny day of February 03, 2024. The environment vibrated with nostalgia and mixed emotions as the realisation of leaving school, dawned upon the class XII students.
The class XII girls in peech sarees and boys in black suit smartly walked the red carpet, leaving their footprints on sands of time. It was praise worthy effort by the students of Class XI, in presenting a cultural extravaganza of songs, dance and games that enthralled the audience. Class XII students also showcased their talents on the stage. The head girl and the head boy presented the vote of thanks, on behalf of the entire class XII batch of
2023-24.

On 26 th Jan 2024, 75 th Republic Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour at LPS Eldeco. The national flag was unfurled with pride followed by the national anthem and the national song.
The students and staff members paid tribute to the freedom fighters and makers of our constitution who envisioned a democratic and just society for all. The diversity of our country
and the unity that binds us together was celebrated with enthusiasm. We also paid homage to our armed forces who work tirelessly to protect our nation’s sovereignty and integrity.

celebrated the festival through Interclass art and craft activities
and carol singing by the students of middle wing. The melodious
tunes of ‘Jingle bells’ and ‘We wish a merry Christmas’ filled every
one’s heart with boundless joy and merriment. The entry of Santa
Claus brought in hope and happiness and added to the spirit of sharing and caring.
The school organised an adventure picnic to Amrapali Water Park for the students of classes VI to XII on 09th Dec 2023. It was a bright sunny morning and the perfect destination for the children to enjoy multiple activities in an open area with their friends in a relaxed environment. Children were extremely happy going for picnic. They sang till the buses packed with students and teachers, reached the venue. Students relished the hot breakfast served by the host and then played games and enjoyed the wonderful rides. They danced to their hearts content on the foot tapping music before having an appetizing lunch. Overall the trip was refreshing and rejuvenated the students and teachers.
To create awareness and learn to imbibe the invaluable insights of coexistence in the environment, with the amazing variety of flora and fauna, students of classes Nur-V visited the Nawab Wajid Ali Shah Zoological Garden on 02.12.2023, Saturday.
The students beamed with joy to see the numerous animals and
colourful birds. The educational outdoor excursion was an enriching hands-on learning experience for all. The students spent many wonderful moments on fun rides, playing games and enjoyed their favourite snacks with their friends and teachers, improving their interpersonal social skills and creating nostalgic memories.

On 25.11.2023, the students of classes VI-XII conducted a special assembly, to create awareness on the Indian Constitution Day 26 Nov and celebrate Gurupurab to commemorate the birth anniversary of the revered Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
The programme commenced with a prayer, followed by pledge and inspirational thought for the day.Saharsita of class XI A explained the significance of the Constitution Day, major principles enshrined in our Constitution and the need to preserve National Integrity of our country.The preachings of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji were highlighted by Palak of class XI A, to follow the path of universal brotherhood and harmony.A sense of peace and tranquility filled the atmosphere as the students of classes VI and VII sang the prayer ‘ Tu hi Ram hai, Tu Rahim hai’.Karah Prasad was distributed to everyone in the school following Sri Guru Nanak Dev’s teachings of equality, kindness and virtue of sharing. He dedicated his life towards selfless service to humanity and social justice irrespective of differences.

LPS, Eldeco celebrated Children’s Day with great festive fervour to
commemorate the birth anniversary of our first Prime Minister
Pandit JawaharLal Nehru.The students dressed up in ethnic wear added to the colourful fiesta as the school campus buzzed with excitement. The programme began with special assembly depicting the spirit of the occasion with teachers holding up the stage and putting up a mesmerising cultural show for the students of class XII. The celebratory mood continued with a foot -tapping light hearted Qawaali by the teachers. Students pulsated with excitement as they played especially designed Table top games, Tambola and Musical chairs. The Principal greeted the children warmly on their special day and narrated the hilarious poem ‘I can’t go to school today’ by Shel Silverstein. The happiness of the students was unmatched when they won the Tug of war against their mentors. It was a day full of joy and laughter which culminated with children relishing their favourite food with their classmates.
Diwali is a festival that spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. To celebrate the auspicious occasion, various Inter class activities were conducted at the LPS, Eldeco. The students of classes I & II decorated the diyas, beautiful wall hangings were made by classes III to V and colourful kandils were prepared by classes VI to VIII. The school portico and corridors were decorated by the student of class IX and XI through Inter house rangoli competition where Bharat house stood first, Eklavya house second and Dhruv and Karan houses stood third. The school building was aesthetically decorated with string lights to add to the festive glow.

Dussehra is the festival that resonates the victory of good over evil. Lucknow Public School, Eldeco branch celebrated the auspicious occasion with great fervour and enthusiasm to remind everyone that truth always prevails. The tiny tots of Pre- Primary( classes NUR and KG) presented an enactment based on the magnum opus Ramayan wherein Lord Ram alongwith Mata Sita and Lakshman went for 14 years of exile .
The students of primary classes I & II were dressed up in vibrant and lovely attire of Garba and danced on the foot tapping Garba music which enraptured and enthralled everyone present there.

A special assembly was conducted at LPS Eldeco on 30.09.2023 to pay homage to our ‘Father of the nation’ Mahatama Gandhi. The students of primary classes presented ‘दे दी हमें आज़ादी बिना खडग बिना ढाल’ and won the hearts of everyone present in the assembly. Pallavi Singh of class VIII gave a speech on the values and principles we must imbibe from the life of Mahatama Gandhi and Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri.
Tribute was paid to all veers and viranganas who have made the supreme sacrifice for the country. ‘Meri Mati Mera desh’ is the finale programme of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsava Commemoration. Paanch Pran pledge towards the fulfilment of ‘Developed India Dream’ was taken by all the students and the teachers.

Lucknow Public School, Eldeco observed the ‘ Swachchta Pakhwada’ from 11.09.2023 to 16.09.2023 with an objective to create awareness about clean and green India.
All the students, teachers and staff members took ‘ Swachchta Shapath’ towards the noble cause of cleaning our School, Society and the nation on 12.09.2023. Prabhat pheri was taken out by the students of classes III to V to create awareness regarding ‘ Health and Hygiene’ . The students distributed hand outs to the residential areas adjoining school.
On 13.09.2023, hygiene kits were distributed to underprivileged, by the students of classes VI to VIII to cherish the values of giving back to your community.
Inter class poster making competition on ‘ Say no to Single use plastic’ was conducted for classes IX and XI in the school library on 14.09.2023. Akarshi Verma of class XI B won the first prize, Shubhlaxmi Misra of class XI A won the second prize and Manasvi of class XI A stood third. In class IX, Jyotsana Singh stood first, Saima Shaheen secured second position and Khushi Verma stood third. On 14.09.2023 paper envelops were also distributed to the local vendors towards avoiding the use of plastic bags.
A special assembly was conducted on 15.09.2023 by the students of class IX and XI to sensitize the children about the importance of hygiene in our daily lives. A short speech and Certificates of appreciation were given to the winners of Inter Class Poster Making Competition by the Principal, LPS Eldeco.

Krishna Janmashtami marks the birth of Lord Krishna, an avatar of Lord Vishnu. The auspicious occasion was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm by the students of Pre- Primary and class I at Lucknow Public School, Eldeco on 06.09.2023.
The little Krishnas and Radhas looked adorable in their traditional costumes, flutes and peacock feather head gears. The stage was transformed into a land of joy, happiness and celebrations.
The special assembly also created awareness about Indian traditions, custom and culture though the mesmerising dance performance of the tiny tots.

In recognition and appreciation of these remarkable educators, LPS,Eldeco celebrated the teachers’ Day on 05 September. The date holds significance as it honours the memory of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a true scholar, esteemed teacher and an exemplary statesman.
Payal of class XI presented a heart touching speech on the relentless efforts of the teachers to shape a bright tomorrow, for every student.
‘So YOU are the reason, for what I am today’ the students of Primary wing thanked their loving teachers who ignite the flames of curiosity and creativity within them every day.
The students of Senior wing danced on soul touching music to convey their gratitude to the builders of the nation.
The special assembly concluded with pinning of badges by the student council captioned ‘Happy Teachers’ Day’ with a thank you note on behalf of the entire school, to the educators.

Essays play a significant role in the learning experience of the students as it pushes them to think beyond classroom teaching and develops their writing skills.
Tata Building India organised an essay writing competition in Lucknow Public school, Eldeco on Saturday, 26th August 2023. Students from classes 6th to 12th participated in the competition with great zeal and enthusiasm.
A quiz was organised for the students at the end of essay writing and the students responded well. In Junior category, Pallavi Singh of class 7 secured first position, Aradhya Singh of class 6 stood second and Arush Singh of class 8 stood third. In Senior category, Unnati Mishra of class 12 secured first position, Girish Singh of class X stood second and Palak of class XI stood third. The winners were awarded certificates by Team Tata Building India.
77th Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour in hearts and pride in our souls at Lucknow Public School Eldeco on 15thAug 2023. The school was decorated in tricolours, saffron, white and green balloons, flags and doves expressed the joy of our freedom. To commemorate the sovereignty of our nation, Principal of the school unfurled the National flag and all sang the National anthem followed by the National song in unison.
The Head Girl of the school took everyone down the memory lane with her heart touching speech and kindled hope of a bright future with vision of Chandrayaan-3 approaching moon.
The tiny tots of Nur- KG awakened everyone’s feelings towards the mother land when they danced on the song ‘क से कुल दुनिया हमारी जिसमें भारत देशहै I’ The students of Classes I & II enthralled everyone present with their dance on ‘पगड़ी संभाल जट्टा I‘
A tribute was paid to the father of the nation, Mahatama Gandhi, by the students of classes III-IV who presented glimpses of Champaran movement , Kheda andolan and Dandi march. A heart wrenching performance on lathi charge on Lala Lajpat Rai and shooting of scot by Shaheed Bhagat Singh by class V, ignited the sense of love and pride for our country. क्यादेशआज़ादहै? Do we value the freedom in the truest sense ? These questions were raised by the students of class VI through a thought provoking Nukkad Natak.
The graceful dancers of classes VII-IX won the hearts of each one present in the audience with हे जन्म भूमि हे मातृभूमि तुझे प्रणाम I The soul touching music ‘एक रहे हैं एक रहेंगे भारत की संतान है’ invoked patriotism in everyone as we celebrated the values of unity in diversity.

National Library Day is celebrated in India on 12th of August every year, in the memory of birthday of Mr. S.R. Ranganathan, the man who gave a lot in Library and Information Science field. Libraries are an essential part of the educational system for students of all ages, to further their learning, understanding and research.
To honour the father of Library Science in India, LPS Eldeco conducted ‘Library Scavenger Hunt’ for the students of Junior wing, in our well stocked school library on 12.08.23. Another activity based on ‘Dewey Decimal Fun System’ was organised for the Senior wing students. The students were given clues, based on which they searched through the books, to find answers of the given questionnaire. Students participated in the games with lot of zeal and enthusiasm.

The Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2023-24, was held on 11.08.2023 at Lucknow Public School, Eldeco, with great enthusiasm and dignity. Investiture Ceremony is not just about providing titles, it is an important occasion where the school entrusts duties to its leaders of tomorrow, conferring responsibilities and delegating authority to the council members, to take charge of the school and take it to newer heights with their leadership and teamwork. It was a proud moment for the school as student council led by Head boy and Head girl, marched in confidently, to accept the responsibilities as the office bearers. The elected leaders’ profiles were read out to the audience. The selected students were honored with their respective badges. The House Master/ Mistresses handed over the Flags over to the newly invested office bearers. Donning the mantle of accountability, the house prefects led by the House Captains took an oath to faithfully work for the school and to perform their duties with utmost sincerity. The event was presided over by the school Principal. It was conducted with high degree of earnestness and passion. The students’ council took the pledge to hold the school motto of Discipline, Quality and Value education, in high esteem.

Undoubtedly, the fact and figure about India have always been a matter of research and inspiration globally. To take a short glimpse on the same and to make the students aware about its Lucknow Public School organized a quiz –Quest Enigma on 10/08/23 to provide a platform to the students to explore a nation which is a land of spiritually and have a glorified history. Seven branches of LPS participated in the competition in preliminary round (phase -I), in which four were selected for the Phase –II round and the results were-Ahiyaraipur Raibareilly stood First, LPS –Sector I grab the second position, LPS Unnao stood Third and consolation to LPS Sector D. The Quiz completion was a great success and definitely it will have encouraged students to participate in more such competition in future.
Badminton is a much-admired sport which requires strength, endurance, as well as mental capabilities leading to self-discipline and healthy lifestyle. To provide an opportunity to the students to showcase their skills & inculcate into them spirit of sportsmanship, Lucknow Public School organized an Inter-Branch Badminton Championship on 29th & 30th July at Shri C.P Singh Memorial Auditorium. The entire LPS family consisting of nine branches participated enthusiastically for the primary, junior & senior category. The match began with a lot of enthusiasm displayed not only by the players but also by the spectators. The result of tournament is as follows:
LPS, Sec I branch bagged winners title followed by LPS, South City & LPS, Sec D branch in the Junior Category for Boys. While on the other hand, LPS, Sec D branch emerged as a winner followed by LPS, Jankipuram and LPS, Sec I in the Junior Category for Girls. LPS, Raebareli won the match followed by LPS, South City & LPS, Sec D in the Senior Category for Boys. However, LPS, Raebareli retained the first position again for the Senior Category for Girls followed by LPS, Eldeco & LPS, Jankipuram respectively. The certificates were presented to all the winners & the tournament was quite a learning experience for all the participating teams. The fun-filled day was a true treat to the eyes of all Badminton fans present there.
To commemorate the young warriors of ‘Operation Vijay’ in Kargil-Drass sector in 1999, the students of LPS Eldeco conducted a special assembly on 26.07.2023 with full patriotic fervor.
The tiny tots of classes Nursery-KG were dressed as the brave warriors and the students of classes I & II reminded everyone that we are indebted to those who have made the supreme sacrifice, for every moment of freedom we enjoy.
Feeling of pride and nationalism resonated in everyone present in the assembly, when the students of classes III- V narrated the ‘Kargil diwas ki Shaurya gatha’.
A powerful poem recitation ‘Jine ka adhikar usi ko’ by the students of classes VI-VIII, remembered the unmatched courage and determination of our armed forces who steadfastly protected our nation.
Patriotism echoed in every heart during the national anthem as heartfelt tribute was paid to the martyrs who laid down their lives for their motherland.
Go Green Rally was organized on 15.07.23 by the students of Classes IX-XII, to create awareness regarding tree plantation drive in the neighborhood. The students also distributed saplings to the shopkeepers, neighbors and pedestrians. On the last day, a news report was presented in the assembly, by the students of class XII highlighting the importance of planting trees and shared the school activities report on Van Mahotsav week celebrations.
The school students and staff took a ‘Green Pledge’ to plant more trees, respect the flora and fauna. To convey the message in a more realistic and effective manner, the students of Classes I and II, planted saplings ‘Each One, Plant one’ on 11.07.23 to keep our school clean and green.

Aim: To raise awareness amongst the students and staff regarding the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of practicing Yoga.
Yoga is an ancient practice focusing on breathing, flexibility and strength to boost physical and mental well being. Since the very beginning of the civilization, we have been promoting and practicing Yoga. Maharishi Patanjali is known as the father of Yoga. UN made the announcement of International Yoga Day on 21.06.2014 under the leadership of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi when more than 35 thousand people and representatives of 84 countries did Yogasanas at Rajpath, New Delhi.
9th International Yoga Day was celebrated at Lucknow Public School, Eldeco on 21.06.2023 with great enthusiasm and fervor. Ms. Vaishnavi Mehra of class IX gave a brief speech on benefits of incorporating yoga in our daily lives.
Ms. Ruchi and Ms. Sakshi performed several Yoga asanas on the stage and the same was followed by the students and staff. In today’s time, Yoga helps the youth to stay fit, improve concentration and attain inner peace.
Lucknow Public School, Eldeco celebrated the Founder’s Day on 15th May, 2023 on the occasion of 67th birth anniversary of our respected Founder Manager Shri CP Singh Sir. The assembly started with the lamp lighting for Sir, followed by prayer sung by all. Gauri of class IX recited a motivational poem dedicated to our Founder Manager. Mr. Dinesh Verma shared few experiences and memories of the time he spent with Shri C.P. Singh Sir. Ms. Meenakshi told the students about the principles and mission of our Founder Sir. A group song was presented by the teachers in the memory of Sir. The students and teachers offered floral tribute to Shri CP Singh Sir.
Mother's day is a special day and an occasion celebrated across the world in fervor , for a living Angel in our lives who easily handles everything and takes care of us. To make Mother's Day special Lucknow Public School, Eldeco celebrated the occasion on 14th May 2023 with all the mothers of the students from Pre- primary to class V. To add vibrancy to the occasion, different competitions were organised like Healthy tiffin, Vegetable Jewellery Designing, Painting, Tattoo making, Memory game and Musical chairs. All the mothers participated enthusiastically and the occasion was celebrated in high spirits and merriment.
On 1st MAY of every year LABOUR’S DAY is celebrated in our country. On this occasion, a special assembly was conducted by the students where everyone prayed to God Almighty for the well being of one and all. The school management honored the support staff for their immense contribution in smooth functioning of the school everyday, by presenting a token of love and appreciation to them. The students were encouraged to show their gratitude to support staff.
LPS ELDECO में 31-मार्च 2023 को कक्षा VI -VIII के विद्यार्थियों के लिए सुलेख लेखन प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन हुआ। इस प्रतियोगिता ने छात्रों में लेखन कौशल का विकास करने के लिए एवं उन्हें शुद्ध, स्पष्ट व सुंदर लिखने के लिए प्रेरित किया। छात्रों को कक्षा के श्यामपट्ट पर विचार लिख के दिया गया। छात्रों ने भी बहुत उत्साह से इस प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लिया और सुंदर व शुद्ध लेखन लिखे।
The Calligraphy Competition was held on 27th March, 2023. The students of grades IX, X and XII took part in the competition with great enthusiasm and fervor. A quotation was given to the students, and the students were asked to write the quotation in calligraphic fonts. The students exhibited their writing skills in a presentable way. The competition inculcated the habit of writing in good handwriting among students. The students learnt that good handwriting is an important asset in today’s era of technology.
A Motivational Thought Writing Activity was conducted on 25th March, 2023 for grades IX- XII to enhance the creative writing skills of students and to make them enable to frame sentences with a given theme. Ten students were selected from each class, and they were informed a day before frame a thought using the theme of compassion. The students framed very creative and meaningful thoughts on the given theme. The winners were given certificates by Principal Ma’am and the other students were also encouraged to participate in other activities as it will enrich their holistic development.
On 24TH March 2023, LPS ELDECO has organized a School Tour for the students of pre-primary and primary wings. The students of each class along with their class teacher took a round of the school and were get acquainted with all the room, departments, sections and labs of the school. This activity provides opportunity to the students to know about their school building deeply.
LPS ELDECO organised a special Welcome Assembly on 21st March 2022 to welcome its students’ whole heartedly for the new session. The assembly started with the daily prayer, thought for the day, daily news headlines, new word for the day and pledge. Few old students were asked to share their school experiences of previous year. Pre primary students performed a beautiful group dance. Primary students presented a comedy skit. At the last Principal Ma’am motivated and showered her blessing to the students in her welcome speech. The assembly was ended with the national anthem.
LPS ELDECO has organized a special assembly on the occasion of Christmas Day on 24thDecember 2022. The assembly was started by daily prayer, thought for the day, daily news headlines and pledge. After that a Christmas Carol was beautifully sung by the students. Pre primary also performed a wonderful dance on Christmas jingles and highlighted the divine power of Jesus Christ.
Before kids can play like a pro, they must enjoy playing a game like a kid. With this belief LPS ELDECO has organised an event of Sports Day for 26th NOV,2022. On this day, parents were our guest. The event was started with the ribbon cutting ceremony which was done by the principal ma’am. After that, the student performed the various drills like ball drill and aerobic drill. After this many competitions were held, namely as: - Sack Race, Shuttle Run Race, Slow Cycle Race, Obstacle Race, Bursting The Balloon etc. and many more. After this prize distribution ceremony was held in which our Principal Ma’am gave medals and certificates to all the winners of the events. The event was a huge success.
LPS ELDECO has organized a special assembly on 15th November, 2022 to celebrate International Science Day. Students of classes IX- XII have conducted a small skit to show the importance of scientists. A quiz was also organized, and some of the basic experiments of science were demonstrated. Some future prospects of science stream and some scientific facts were also discussed.
LPS, ELDECO celebrated the 74th Republic Day on 26th January 2022, and rejoiced in the spirit of a free India, along with the Basant Panchami celebration. the tricolor was unfurled on the grounds of the school by our Principal Ma’am. The students presented a vibrant cultural programme that included various speeches, patriotic songs. After the celebration of Republic Day, the school also celebrated the Basant Panchami which marks the arrival of spring season in India. the celebration started with the SARASWATI VANDANA sung by the girls of class XI. It was followed by pooja rituals and distribution of prasad to all. The teachers and students seek the blessings of goddess Saraswati to enlighten them from ignorance to knowledge.
On 14th NOVEMBER, 2022 LPS, Eldeco has celebrated Childrens’ day. On this occasion a special assembly was conducted by the teachers which included daily prayer, thought for the day and pledge. After this a special dance and a comedy skit was performed by all the teachers. After the dispersal students of classes I-V enjoyed the dance party on the school ground. Students also enjoyed class parties on this day.
LPS, ELDECO celebrated Guru Nanak Jayanti On 7th November, 2022, to mark the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Sahib Ji. It is the most prominent festival for the people who follow Sikhism. Students were dressed in traditional Sikh attire. The students were enlightened about the Guru Nanak Ji’s five teachings of life. Community lunch was also organized for the students to inculcate the feeling of harmony and unity in them.
